President - Board Member - Kim Kastorff is a serial entrepreneur in the Social Impact Investment field, and has founded the Non-profit 501c3 Global Success Fund, plus K-Impacto Social with operations in Spain / U.S., and Kimpacto, Inc., a former legal Benefit Corporation and Certified B Corp. focused on impact investing consulting across the U.S., Latin America and Europe. Previously, Kim spent many years in commercial banking, credit lending to small & medium businesses, investment fund management, corporate finance, and as a professor for several international business schools in the areas of Finance, International Business and Social Entrepreneurship. Kim's passion is to promote economic empowerment and access to capital for social businesses, in order to enable a financially sustainable global environment. She is fluent in English and Spanish, plus holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting, and a Masters in Management Sciences - Impact Investing from ESADE Business School.
Director of Investments & Strategy - Sam Larson leads the investment strategy for Global Success Fund's social impact investments and supports U.S. investor relations. Also, Sam serves as a co-manager for Rainforest Capital Management and was the Founder/CEO of Ceiba Forestry, LLC. He helped launch biofuel technology leader Sylvatex Inc. (SVX) in San Francisco, where he managed financial and business development strategies. Prior to SVX, Sam was part of Eco Ventures Group, working with agroforestry, bioenergy, and was also a project development associate with adaptiveARC Inc, with deployments in the U.S. & Latin America. Early in his career he worked in Cameroon on Environmental Impact Statements, community health initiatives, and agroforestry project development.

Teryn Wolfe is the Founder and Executive Director of the E2E Foundation in Medellín, Colombia. Teryn has worked for non-profit organizations, academic institutions, the public sector and private companies providing expertise in project design and evaluation; impact measurement and Corporate Social and Environmental Sustainability. Passionate about working at the nexus of business, the environment and poverty reduction, through the E2E Foundation she manages innovative projects that create mutually beneficial relationships that address all three themes, thereby by bridging the gap between the corporate and developing worlds. Teryn is fluent in English and Spanish, is a former Fulbright Scholar and holds an MA in International Environmental Policy, Business, Sustainability and Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
Board Member; Gender Lens Investing - Kristin Hull, PhD is President of Nia Global Solutions. She began her career as a bilingual educator and later co-founded the North Oakland Community Charter School. Interested in innovative solutions for social change, Ms. Hull entered the field of impact investing while serving as a board member for various non-profit organizations, including the Mosaic Project and the Nicholson Foundation. Later, she helped align 100% of the family foundation assets to mission related investments. In 2012 she partnered with Domini Social Investments to create Nia Global Solutions, an innovative stock portfolio bringing impact to public markets.
Board Member; Grants & Business Development - Mikayla Hart brings a wealth of business development experience to the Global Success Fund through her background in management consulting, corporate finance, accounting, venture capital and impact investing. Based in New York City, and with work experience across North and South America, she has pursued her passion for social impact across borders. Some examples include Mikayla's leadership of a chapter of Net Impact, her efforts in the development of a new impact investing fund, her work with Forest Trends to develop Eco-Markets in Colombia, and her first-place prize in the international Tibetan Innovation Challenge, where she received an award from The Dalai Lama. Mikayla holds a BBA from the University of Hawaii in International Business and Finance and an MBA from the University of Rochester, Simon Business School.
Impact Investing & Fundraising Advisor - Darian Rodriguez Heyman is an accomplished fundraiser, social entrepreneur, and author. His work “helping people help” started during his five-year tenure as Executive Director of Craigslist Foundation, where he launched their Nonprofit Boot Camp and educated and inspired over 10,000 nonprofit leaders. He edited the best-selling book, Nonprofit Management 101: A Complete and Practical Guide for Leaders and Professionals (Wiley & Sons), after which he co-founded the only conference series devoted to social media for social good, Social Media for Nonprofits. He also co-founded Sparrow: Mobile for All, which powers mobile campaigns for nonprofits and government agencies serving the poor, and served as a Commissioner for the Environment for the City & County of San Francisco, where he helped pass the largest solar rebate program in US history. He is a frequent keynote speaker at nonprofit, fundraising, youth leadership, and environmental events around the globe and thrives on connecting social change leaders to the best practices, resources, and contacts to maximize impact.
Micro-Lending Advisor - Robert Scarlett's life mission is to accelerate social innovation by offering an international perspective to the “social impact investing” movement. Since the 1960s, he has led many initiatives for the economically active poor in Latin America and other regions. With 45 years in the micro-lending movement, Robert has first-hand experience co-creating the global microfinance industry and investments in “social impact”, and is a true connector given his extensive impact investing network. Fluency in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
